What's the place of peace? It's the summery lake.
During summertime, the flowers on the lake came into bloom. Wandering along the meander by the lakeside in the afternoon, I saw the lotuses and water lilies were in full bloom. The two distinct colours, pink and white, interlaced in harmony.
Being dazzled by the elegant flowers, I wondered what they would look like if I were under the water. Gazing from the bottom of the lake, I felt like the world was put on a blueish-green filter.
As the evening gradually approached, the lake was dyed pink while the breeze rippled the water. One would experience an entirely different feeling by taking another perspective. The world view is in the eyes of the beholder.
Where's the summery lake? It's deep down in our hearts.
In a world full of chaos, if one's soul is as calm as the still water, the place of peace is close at hand. Conversely, if the soul is agitated, one would feel flustered even if the lake is just right in front.
Summer has come, may we dive into the lake of reveries and ponder freely.
