設計師兼工藝師Carrie根據記憶搜羅植物及花卉，將花瓣和植物逐片抽乾水份及定型。藝術家用環氧樹脂刻畫茶几的深度，以多角度呈現寂靜的荷花池。微細的植物塑造出比例1:10的自然景象，與柔和的圓形實木互相映襯流露出宅寂感。
這是一件讓自己勾起回憶的作品。相信工藝能揭示自身的故事，而不必翻譯成語言文字。工藝的優美，在於工藝師在作品中表現的個人屬性。
Selecting plants and flowers based on memories, the designer and artist, Carrie Yung, preserved the petals and plants piece by piece. Using epoxy resin to sculpt the depth of the coffee tables, the artist presents a scale of 1:10 lotus pond scenery from multiple angles. The calmness of the wooden circle reveals a sense of solitude.

製作時其中一個困難之處在於，環氧樹脂膠凝固時發出的熱力，會令到實木作出輕微變形，零表面難以保持水平狀態。所以花了一段時間控制水平面，才能製作出理想中如鏡子般的湖面狀態。
